1. Online Voting
For the 2010 elections, you may request an online Voting Authorization (VA) beginning December 1, 2009 through January February 5, 2010. Paper ballots are no longer sent. The exception will be for eligible voting members who do not have access to a computer. If you are among that group, simply call the National Headquarters and a staff member will send you a hard copy "voting authorization" of what is online.
When you register online to vote, if you're authorized as an eligible voter, you will be issued a random voting registration number. Once your vote is "cast" using this unique code, the process is complete and closed. Similar to utilizing VotePoint at Conference, your online vote remains confidential. In other words, how you voted in the election cannot be traced back to your membership ID. Please note that you will be unable to change your vote once it is cast.
2. Absentee Voting
If you are attending Conference but will be unable to vote during the two days allocated, you may vote absentee and may collect your ballot at the Credentials Verification Desk in San Diego.

A computerized voting system will be used in San Diego for voting on site for Secretary-Treasurer and National Director candidates. Voting will be held on two days:
- Thursday, February 11 – 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
